When will it turn up?
Everything's printed to order, so nothing's sitting in a warehouse waiting. Allow 5 business days to print and 5 business days to reach you. Anywhere in Australia.
We are a small business and appreciate the 'slow fashion' approach and time for our quality garments to reach you.
If it's running late, we'll aim to tell you before you have to ask.
What's shipping cost?

What size should I get?
Fits vary piece to piece, so we tell you on every product page — how it's cut, how tall the model is and what size they're in. Take your usual size unless the page says otherwise.
Will it look like the photo?
Close, but here's the honest version: screens lie a bit. Every monitor and phone renders colour differently, and garment dye shifts slightly between batches — so the green you're looking at might land a shade off.
If what turns up is genuinely not what we showed you, that's a fault, not a quirk. Tell us and we'll make it right.
Something's wrong with my order.
Email admin@hicca-apprl.com with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it.
Short version of your rights: if there's a major problem, you pick — refund, replacement, or keep it and we make up the difference. Minor problem, we'll repair, replace or refund. We cover return postage on faulty items and there's no clock on it. Full returns policy.
Can I send something back if I just don't like it?
Happens. Within 14 days of delivery we'll swap it or give you store credit — unworn, unwashed, tags on, and you cover the postage back to us. We don't do refunds for change of mind.

It arrived damaged.
That's on us. Send a photo, we'll replace it or refund you. Don't waste your afternoon on the courier.
How do I look after it?
Cold wash, inside out, hang to dry. Keep the iron off the print. Garment-dyed pieces go in on their own for the first couple of washes.

A group of friends who love spending time together, we wanted to express that in our clothing. If its having a beer, morning coffee or on a longer adventure, its all about human connection.
